Corrections, disputes and removals

We build listings from public business information and compute scores from public Google reviews, following one fixed rubric that applies to every paving contractor business we cover in Cheltenham (how we rank). Fixing your business details

Your name, address, phone number, website, opening hours, and services can all be corrected. Submit the right information along with something that proves it: your website, your Google Business Profile, or another official source. Once we verify it, the correction sticks and survives our monthly data refresh.

Challenging your score

Scores are never hand-adjusted. A dispute works differently: you tell us the input data is wrong, such as reviews being tied to the wrong business, your profile matched to someone else's account, or a summary that misquotes what customers actually wrote. We check the sources again and regenerate your listing. A dispute is not a request for a higher number.

Removing your listing

Listings are removed if your business has closed permanently, if we have duplicates on file, or if you fall outside the guide's scope. We also check every month for closed businesses and remove them automatically. An accurate, in-scope listing may be kept even if you ask for removal, and we will tell you why plainly.

How fast we respond

Every request gets an acknowledgment within 5 business days. Confirmed removals are completed within 7 days. If we decline your request, we explain the reason.
