This privacy policy covers Cheltenham Paving Contractor Guide, an independent directory of paving contractor businesses in Cheltenham. The site is published by Meridian Guides, who is responsible for the information described below. Questions about any of it can go to hello@meridianguides.my.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry or quote request through a form on this site, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, phone number, your message, and any answers you give about the service you need or your timing. Alongside that, the form records the page you submitted from and basic traffic-source attribution, meaning the referring site and any UTM tags on the link that brought you here.

Where your enquiry goes

Form submissions are processed by our lead-capture processor and delivered to the business you enquired about and to the operator of this site. If you asked a specific paving contractor business for a quote, that business receives your details so it can respond.

What the site stores in your browser

We do not set tracking cookies of our own. The one thing the site stores client-side is session-scoped attribution data (referrer, landing page, UTM parameters) in sessionStorage, so that a form sent later in your visit records where you came from. It is first-party only and clears when the session ends.

Site analytics

This site may run Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. Where analytics is enabled, those services may set cookies to measure visits and page use, under Google’s own privacy terms.

Other services involved

Some page elements load from third-party services, which means those services see your browser’s requests (including your IP address): Google Fonts for typography, OpenStreetMap for map tiles, and Cloudflare Turnstile for spam protection on forms, when enabled. Each operates under its own privacy policy.

Business listing information

Listings are built from public sources such as Google Business Profile reviews. What we keep is derived analysis: scores, summaries, and sentiment, never the raw review text itself. Businesses that want a listing corrected or removed can follow the listing policy.

Your requests

Enquiry details are retained while they are needed to deliver and follow up the enquiry, and not longer than that purpose requires. You can ask for access to your information, or ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to hello@meridianguides.my.
